Can you retouch phone photos or only professional images?
I can work with both, as long as the image quality is high enough. If you're unsure, feel free to send it over for a quick look.
Will my photos be shared online?
No — I respect your privacy. Client work is never posted publicly unless I have clear permission.
Can I request a specific editing style?

How long does retouching take?
Turnaround time depends on the project size, but I’ll always give you an estimated timeline upfront.
Do you offer express service for faster turnaround?
Yes — but only outside of major holiday seasons. I want to respect each client’s place in the queue and ensure everyone receives the same care and quality.

Do you offer custom designs or just templates?
I use flexible templates as a starting point when it makes sense, but every design is customized — from layout to visuals — so it fits your exact needs. No two projects ever look the same.
What kind of design work do you offer?
Posters, flyers, product labels, event sets (like invitations and place cards), wedding newspapers, social media graphics and more. If it’s visual and printable, I probably do it.
Do you do logos or full branding packages?
At the moment, I focus on design pieces (like labels and printed materials), not full brand strategy or logo development. But feel free to ask, and I’ll see if I can help.
Can you design to match my existing branding?
Absolutely. If you have colors, fonts, or a general style guide, I’ll work within it to make everything feel cohesive.
What formats will I receive?
You’ll get high-resolution print-ready files (PDF, PNG, or JPG) and web-optimized versions if needed. Editable files can be discussed based on the project.
Can I request changes after I see the first version?
Yes. Revisions are part of the process. I usually include up to 2-3 rounds of edits in the price. If it turns into a full redesign, we’ll discuss it together.

How long until i receive my images?
It depends on the season. Around Christmas time or other busy seasons, I try not to exceed 2 weeks.
At other times, you’ll usually get your photos within one week.
Do you have your own studio?
I don't have my own studio. It's possible to use a rental studio - in that case, the rental fee will be added to session price.
Generally i do photoshoots outdoors or in beautiful locations, including clients' homes.
Is it possible to get unedited files?
No, retouching is part of my creative process and i don't provide unedited files.
Can i also choose retouching style?
Absolutely. I do have my own visual style, but custom requests are always welcome — within reason.
Can i choose my own images?
Sure, if you’d like to. I always offer clients the option to choose their own photos or trust me to do the selection.
Will you use my photos on the internet?
Not if you don’t want me to. I always ask for permission before sharing photos online.
I do not charge extra for keeping your gallery private.
Can i retouch or add filters to your pictures?
Out of respect for my work — please don’t.
I prefer not to be associated with images that have been heavily filtered with generic Instagram presets, as it no longer reflects my work.
If you want your photos in a specific look, just let me know beforehand - I’m happy to adapt.
